What is a Selfie Pod and how does it compare to a traditional photo booth?
Selfie Pods are open-style photo booths, allowing for more people to fit into a single photo and creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere for guests. Traditional photo booths are often enclosed, limiting the number of people who can be in a photo at once and offering a more private experience.
How much does a Selfie Pod cost to hire for an event?
Prices typically start from £375 for a 2-hour hire period. However, the price may vary depending on various factors such as the event's duration, location, and additional services.
Do you offer photos in portrait orientation?
For portrait images, we'd recommend the Premium Pod.
Is there any limit to the number of photos that can be taken during the event with the Selfie Pod?
We offer Unlimted Sessions which means there are no limits to the number of photos taken. For each session, we typically print 2 copies, one for the guest to keep, and one for the guest book.
Can the Selfie Pod be customised according to the event theme?
We offer complete customisation of the prints to suit any event theme and allow the booth to be designed with your logo. You can also attach decorations like flowers.
What are the dimensions?
The Selfie Pod is designed to be compact and space-efficient, making it an excellent addition to any event. Its dimensions are 17" (Wide) x 20" (Deep) x 70" (High).
If you don't need a backdrop, you can position the Selfie Pod against a wall or in a corner. For setups with a backdrop, we recommend allocating a floor space of 8ft x 6ft, allowing guests ample room to stand between the pod and the backdrop.
What's the typical setup and breakdown time?
The setup and breakdown times can vary, but typically, it takes about 1.5 hours to setup and 45 minutes to break down.
Are there any specific power or technical requirements for operating the Selfie Pod?
We'll just need access to a standard 13A, 3-Pin UK Power Socket. We come equipped with power extensions and floor tape.
